Christian is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist(CSEP-CEP) who works with a variety of patient populations to provide active rehabilitation treatment. He graduated from the University of Ottawa 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and is fluently bilingual in both English and French. He specializes in performing biomechanical movement assessments and prescribing exercise programs forth purpose of active rehabilitation. Christian supports people with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain,whiplash, concussions, osteoarthritis, and knee/hip injuries. He thrives improvising movement education to his patients, easing the anxiety and uncertainties of exercise, all while creating individualized exercise programs designed to achieve patient-specific goals.

Christian has experience working in geriatric rehabilitation and has helped many senior residents regain mobility, balance, and improve their quality of life. He has been instrumental in creating group exercise programs for a variety of special populations suffering from chronic illnesses such as diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). During his free time, Christian plays a variety of sports such as hockey, volleyball, and tennis. He can often be found in the outdoors camping, hiking, fishing and hunting. He is truly passionate about working closely with people to get them back to enjoying active lifestyles with no physical restrictions."
