If you’re a Veteran, you may have access to health and wellness services you’re not fully using—and we’re here to help you make the most of them.

At Fleming Fitness, we are proud Blue Cross providers. Eligible Veterans can access our Kinesiology and massage therapy services, with direct billing available for added convenience. We also offer yoga programs tailored specifically for Veterans.


Why Kinesiology?

Many Veterans are unaware that they may qualify for supervised exercise programs led by regulated Kinesiologists. Our team focuses on improving how your body moves as a whole—helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more comfortable in your daily life.
