Christa Fletcher

Yoga Teacher RHN, RYT

Christa is a graduate from Carleton University, where she received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics. Christa has always had a passion for health and fitness as she lives a very active lifestyle. In 2013, Christa was involved in a severe motor vehicle accident where she injured her left hip, resulting in surgery. During this time period Christa discovered Yoga as a form of exercise since high impact training was not an option. Yoga not only made her stronger physically, but also helped to incorporate mindfulness into her life. Due to this pivotal time period, Christa decided to pursue her passion and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2017.

Christa has worked with various clients over the years with both children and adults. Her experience includes injury rehab, strengthening, mobility and meditation. Christa has also worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) where she implements yoga to work on fine/gross motor skills, balance and relaxing the mind.

Christa’s teaching style is tailored to each one of her client’s needs. She is genuinely passionate in using Yoga for client’s rehabilitation and her personal experience with an injury makes her very unique and knowledgeable.
