Carly is a graduate from Laurentian University, where she received a Bachelor of Physical Education in Health Promotion. She also is a graduate from the University of Ottawa where she completed her Masters in Human Kinetics with a Concentration in Intervention and Consultation. After graduating from two programs, she decided to become a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She is trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Carly is motivated to help others improve their overall well-being while emphasizing the benefits of both physical and mental health together, as a whole. She has experience working with MVA's, the general public, as well as individuals encountering chronic disease. She also has experience with physical activity groups within a children's hospital and long term care facilities. Her mission is to educate others on the importance of the mind and body and how they are both fundamentally linked. In her spare time she enjoys being active outdoors, cooking and travelling to new places.
