About Youssef El Mansouri
Youssef graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Human Kinetics (BscHK). He is also a certified Personal Trainer. He has experience working as the Gee-Gees High Performance Coach in 2021 and soccer coach at FC Gatineau since 2020. He has worked with MVA's and experienced working with all types of injuries. He is also certified in CPR - DEA Type C and Red Cross Basic Life Support. Health and Fitness has always been a part of Youssef's life and his passion for health and fitness started at an early age. He has competed in many races, including the 10K Run Army and the Half Marathon. He really enjoys helping people move and feel better.
