About Nicolas Cosenza
Nicolas graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology (BASc.KIN). He is a Registered Kinesiologist through the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, bringing broad experience across clinical rehabilitation, athletic performance training, and sports instruction.
With years of experience as a Regulated Kinesiologist, Nicolas has worked with a diverse range of clients, supporting individuals through recovery and rehabilitation following injuries and conditions such as motor vehicle accidents, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and fibromyalgia. He is also a Certified Level 1 Tennis Instructor with over eight years of coaching experience and more than a decade of competitive tennis experience.
Nicolas specializes in administering personalized treatment plans that foster strong client trust, optimizing physical function, safety, and performance across populations ranging from youth to seniors. Passionate about health and wellness, he is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through movement and improve their overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Nicolas enjoys playing tennis, running, hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends
