About Aiden Gauthier
Aiden graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science Honours degree with a specialization in Kinesiology. He is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. He is certified in Standard First Aid/CPR C and as an Emergency Medical Responder. Aiden does home visits in the Kingston area and has experience working with Seniors, Veterans and MVA's. Growing up, Aiden played hockey and soccer, which then turned into a passion for fitness and health; this eventually led him to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. Aiden understands the importance of physical activity and fitness for both mental and physical health, and is eager to help people improve their quality of life through exercise. He has experience working with many different types of injuries and in his free time, Aiden enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
